Athenaeum's copies of Type 51 contain many physical variations, including red manuscript serial letters, broken and tilted letters, shortened form lines, nonexistent form lines, shading variations, and other printing variations. Dated December 2, 1862. Currency depicts state capitol in Nashville, Tennessee. Alexander Stephens (Vice President of the Confederacy) to the right. Blue back with denomination.
