Real no. 11., calendar no. 68. : the Committee on Privileges and Elections, to whom was referred so much of an ordinance of the convention, entitled "an ordinance to give to the General Assembly power in reference to certain ordinances and resolutions of this convention," as relates to "an ordinance to enable citizens of the state who are engaged in military service to exercise the rights of suffrage," together with said ordinance, beg leave to report : by the bills herewith submitted : LeRoy F. Youmans, for the Committee : in the House of Representatives, December 4, 1862--read the bill the first time : a bill to enable citizens of the state who are engaged in military service, to exercise the rights of suffrage.
