Real no. 21., calendar no. 88. : the Committee on Incorporation, to whom was referred the petition of A.S. Johnston, and others, praying an amendment of the charter of the Carolina Cotton and Woolen Factory, giving them the privilege of increasing the capital stock of said company, to a sum not exceeding one million of dollars, and extending the term of incorporation to a period of thirty years, respectfully report : that they recommend that the same be granted, and submit the following bill : LeRoy F. Youmans, for Committee : in the House of Representatives, December 3, 1863.--read the bill the first time : a bill to amend an act, entitled "an act to incorporate the Carolina Cotton and Woolen Factory."
