Each illustration has a border and a descriptive caption; verso of each illustrated leaf filled with rows of oblong shapes. Unique miniature artists' book. Title page is an illustration of 205-215 A St. with book's title and imprint added. Bound in brass covers attached to eachother at the spine with silver and copper necklace chain; covers have mounted sterling silver accents with copper studs; silver marbled paste-downs and endpapers.
